Air Source Heat Pumps

Air source heat pumps (ASHP) serve as an alternative way to heat your home, and could be the ideal solution if you want to generate your own heat and potentially save money on your energy bills. They come in to their own when you don’t have access to gas mains.

Ground Source Heat Pumps

Ground source heat pumps are a great way to create hot water for the home or office. Heat from the ground is absorbed at low temperature into a fluid. This fluid then passes through a compressor where its temperature is increased and transfers its higher temperature heat to the heating and hot water circuits of the house.

Solar PV & Invertors

GOS Heating on your local specialists when there is either a residential or commercial requirement for Solar Thermal. Solar water heating (known as solar thermal) systems capture the free heat from the sun and use it to heat up water for use in your home or business.

Solar Batteries

Solar batteries can be a great asset when working in conjunction with a Solar PV System. The reason is that solar PV generates electricity during day and then a solar battery will store the electricity for when it is most likely to be used during the evening when everybody returns from school and work.

The majority of private cars are usually parked overnight where they are based with most electric vehicle (EV) owners relying on charging at home to ensure that their vehicle is ready for use each day. The Government provides financial support for consumers to install a charging point at their home premises with the Electric Vehicle Home charge Scheme (EVHS), which will cover up to 75% of the total costs.

Biomass

Biomass boilers are heating systems that use the combustion of organic matter to provide heating and hot water. Biomass heating systems can be said to be carbon neutral because the carbon dioxide emitted when wood is burned is the same amount that was absorbed over the months and years that the plant was growing.
