Completed boiler service very efficiently, friendly and helpful

GOS Services are professional, reliable and do a brilliant job! They have been doing my yearly old boiler check every year. The work they did for me was massive regarding getting a new boiler installed as my requirements was more than just a straightforward replacement. The work took two days, the guys were very clean and thorough. I also got them to do some joinery for me…Again a professional, clean finish. I highly recommend them and will again be getting my boiler serviced with them next year.

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

The engineer attending my house on time this morning he serviced my boiler give it a little bit extra love and care which I knew because I hadn't had a gasman he retired but I was impressed with ny service i live in a flat and I need not to worry about my safety and my neighbours thank you very much see you next service

In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.

Tony was very good, efficient and on time. We found them very reliable and would recommend them at anytime.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. That takes skllied leadership, authenticity and a genuine care about the finished product or service, which emanates from call operators to the installers and supervisors. Just had my annual boiler service carried out by Tony, and as usual it was a 5 star job! Tony was very thorough, professional,polite and friendly! I've been with GOS Heating for a few years now and have plumbing cover too and have always been extremely happy with the service provided from the lovely ladies in the office to the dedicated engineers carrying out the work. Central heating problem was identified and resolved very efficiently. What was annoying about the problem was that the part had been replaced less than 18 months previously. Poor quality part as original one lasted more than 15 years.

Great service from GOS. Barney came to do our annual service and a couple of faults were found. Referred it back to the office who ok'd the repairs and booked us in at a time and day that suited us. Barney's been back today and sorted the faults for us. Was very thorough and left everything neat and tidy. See you next year Barney 'The Dinosaur'!! 😆 🦖

GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Our landlord started using gos a few years ago and they have been great from the start. Today we had a new boiler installed by Sam and Richard it was a big job. The guys were absolutely great friendly and worked really hard to get the job done. Can't recommend this company enough brilliant from start to finish. Thank you
