Tony arrived on time as promised. Our central heating was fully inspected and safety checked in order to resolve a pressure loss issue. Every procedure was carefully explained and the fault identified and rectified in an expansion vessel very quickly. This service was professional clean and efficient. I shall use GOS Heating for my annual system service in future. Thankyou.

Sam and Liam arrived on time, provided protection for all flooring and units, did an amazing very neat job and left the place immaculate. Both guys had an amazing attitude and left us feeling very comfortable- no question was ignored and happy to work with us as some item estimate covered weren’t need. Kept us informed throughout and brought in support when needed with electrics (as wiring wasn’t as expected/should have been).. Looking to do some further work next year so will be definitely asking GOS to quote and for these guys to be given the work. Sam is very precise in his work and you’d never guess Liam had been with company a month given professionalism he showed and way he answered question. First class service- what more can I say.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. Just had my annual boiler service carried out by Tony, and as usual it was a 5 star job! Tony was very thorough, professional,polite and friendly! I've been with GOS Heating for a few years now and have plumbing cover too and have always been extremely happy with the service provided from the lovely ladies in the office to the dedicated engineers carrying out the work. A big thank you GOS for our en suite refurbishment, a bigger job than anticipated. Good service, engineer was friendly and knowledgeable, sorted our problem efficiently.

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

GOS Heating is a company that I would reccomend to anyone as one of the best companies I have come across for Heating and Plumbing solutions. The company deals with Large Organisations and to Domestic needs. The quality of Service, Care and Punctuality is of very High Standard. Domestic customers are given the same care as they would give a large organisation. Once a job is entrusted, the responsibility that GOS Heating takes to ensure that it has met the the highest standard of completion is something I would always appreciate. The Engineering staff are very professional. I had 2 Boiler Engineers visiting our home, Sam and Ethan who were highly skilled and professional. All work carried out is supervised by the Dave, who is also highly skilled and been in the business for many years, The coordinator, Nikki is a name to remember at GOS Heating. Her skills and attention to detail when allocating appointments is Excellent. Her manner of speech is very touching, and she understands the customers needs. Nikki is a lovely, polite person to speak to and is always approachable. She always ensures to keep the great reputation of GOS Heating ongoing.
