Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.
