GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Have used GOS to service my central heating system since they installed it in June 2012.Happy with their service and reliability.

The workmen were polite and helpful. They arrived on time and finished on schedule leaving the place spotless. The follow up was useful too.

GOS Services are professional, reliable and do a brilliant job! They have been doing my yearly old boiler check every year. The work they did for me was massive regarding getting a new boiler installed as my requirements was more than just a straightforward replacement. The work took two days, the guys were very clean and thorough. I also got them to do some joinery for me…Again a professional, clean finish. I highly recommend them and will again be getting my boiler serviced with them next year.

Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.

A big thank you GOS for our en suite refurbishment, a bigger job than anticipated. Just had my annual boiler service carried out by Tony, and as usual it was a 5 star job! Tony was very thorough, professional,polite and friendly! GOS Heating is a company that I would reccomend to anyone as one of the best companies I have come across for Heating and Plumbing solutions. The company deals with Large Organisations and to Domestic needs. The quality of Service, Care and Punctuality is of very High Standard. Domestic customers are given the same care as they would give a large organisation. Once a job is entrusted, the responsibility that GOS Heating takes to ensure that it has met the the highest standard of completion is something I would always appreciate. The Engineering staff are very professional. I had 2 Boiler Engineers visiting our home, Sam and Ethan who were highly skilled and professional. All work carried out is supervised by the Dave, who is also highly skilled and been in the business for many years, The coordinator, Nikki is a name to remember at GOS Heating. Her skills and attention to detail when allocating appointments is Excellent. Her manner of speech is very touching, and she understands the customers needs. Great service from GOS. Barney came to do our annual service and a couple of faults were found. Referred it back to the office who ok'd the repairs and booked us in at a time and day that suited us. Barney's been back today and sorted the faults for us. Was very thorough and left everything neat and tidy. See you next year Barney 'The Dinosaur'!! 😆 🦖

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

Our landlord started using gos a few years ago and they have been great from the start. Today we had a new boiler installed by Sam and Richard it was a big job. The guys were absolutely great friendly and worked really hard to get the job done. Can't recommend this company enough brilliant from start to finish. Thank you
