Engineer Chris Baron came to service our boiler & to have a look at our radiators as one wasn’t warming up as much as the others. He said we wouldn’t need to flush the system but just balance it so that all radiators were getting equally as warm. Once he had done this you could notice a difference straight away. Very pleasant & informative, explaining everything he had done. Great job.

I've used Gos to service boilers at 3 address'. Both Tony and Lloyd were excellent. At the end of the day it comes down to trust for real peace of mind.
Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.
I recently had GOS install a new boiler for me, and the process was so simple! The new boiler was in within days. From the pre-install survey to the actual installation, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The team displayed a high level of expertise and were professional throughout. Always use GOS for Gas boiler servicing and have always been very satisfied with the service (especially by Chris B). So when we had problems with a thermostatic bar shower, i had no hesitation in calling GOS.. In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.

Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.
Update. Had GOS replace several radiators over the summer. Fixed a broken toilet too. Brilliant again both times. Thank you. I've used GOS a couple of times over the years. Most recently a few weeks ago to replace a shower and tap. Staff friendly and job done when they said and without fuss and reasonable price. Recommended.
The engineer attending my house on time this morning he serviced my boiler give it a little bit extra love and care which I knew because I hadn't had a gasman he retired but I was impressed with ny service i live in a flat and I need not to worry about my safety and my neighbours thank you very much see you next service
GOS Heating is a company that I would reccomend to anyone as one of the best companies I have come across for Heating and Plumbing solutions. The company deals with Large Organisations and to Domestic needs. The quality of Service, Care and Punctuality is of very High Standard. Domestic customers are given the same care as they would give a large organisation. Once a job is entrusted, the responsibility that GOS Heating takes to ensure that it has met the the highest standard of completion is something I would always appreciate. The Engineering staff are very professional. I had 2 Boiler Engineers visiting our home, Sam and Ethan who were highly skilled and professional. All work carried out is supervised by the Dave, who is also highly skilled and been in the business for many years, The coordinator, Nikki is a name to remember at GOS Heating. Her skills and attention to detail when allocating appointments is Excellent. Her manner of speech is very touching, and she understands the customers needs. Nikki is a lovely, polite person to speak to and is always approachable. She always ensures to keep the great reputation of GOS Heating ongoing.

GOS Heating is the best heating system repair company I have come across in Preston. They are under a good management and the work quality is excellent. The company replaced 7 radiators at my residence and they are working perfectly. The engineers who visited my residence had vast years of experience in the field and knew what they were doing. They are very polite and considerate as well. The office is manned by very friendly staff who will go to any length to ensure that they get the work carried out without any delay. I will recommend GOS Heating for anyone having issues with heating without any reservation.

Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter. Would I use GOS again? A definite YES!
