GOS Heating is the best heating system repair company I have come across in Preston. They are under a good management and the work quality is excellent. The company replaced 7 radiators at my residence and they are working perfectly. The engineers who visited my residence had vast years of experience in the field and knew what they were doing. They are very polite and considerate as well. The office is manned by very friendly staff who will go to any length to ensure that they get the work carried out without any delay. I will recommend GOS Heating for anyone having issues with heating without any reservation.

I've used Gos to service boilers at 3 address'. Both Tony and Lloyd were excellent. At the end of the day it comes down to trust for real peace of mind.

Central heating problem was identified and resolved very efficiently. What was annoying about the problem was that the part had been replaced less than 18 months previously. Poor quality part as original one lasted more than 15 years.

Great service from GOS. Barney came to do our annual service and a couple of faults were found. Referred it back to the office who ok'd the repairs and booked us in at a time and day that suited us. Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.

This firm attended our house promptly at the agreed time, and carried out a most intricate plumbing investigation and repair. They were not only informative throughout the process, but completed the work in a timely manner and left the workplace spotlessly clean. I would recommend them 100%.

Efficient, on time, very clean & tidy up after themselves, great finish to the kitchen and all work done managed by a great project manager in Kerry. Made the process smooth and as little disruption as possible, given the nature of a having a new kitchen. I would recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter. Would I use GOS again? A definite YES!

Just had my annual boiler service carried out by Tony, and as usual it was a 5 star job! Tony was very thorough, professional,polite and friendly! I've been with GOS Heating for a few years now and have plumbing cover too and have always been extremely happy with the service provided from the lovely ladies in the office to the dedicated engineers carrying out the work. GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.
