Good service

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.

Update. Had GOS replace several radiators over the summer. Fixed a broken toilet too. Brilliant again both times. Thank you. I've used GOS a couple of times over the years. Most recently a few weeks ago to replace a shower and tap. Staff friendly and job done when they said and without fuss and reasonable price. Recommended.

Excellent service

We have used GOS several times now - for boiler installation, heating and plumbing issues. The service is always quick, efficient, friendly and cheerful. Central heating problem was identified and resolved very efficiently. What was annoying about the problem was that the part had been replaced less than 18 months previously. Poor quality part as original one lasted more than 15 years.

Good service, engineer was friendly and knowledgeable, sorted our problem efficiently.

The workmen were polite and helpful. They arrived on time and finished on schedule leaving the place spotless. The follow up was useful too.

Her skills and attention to detail when allocating appointments is Excellent. Her manner of speech is very touching, and she understands the customers needs. The engineer attending my house on time this morning he serviced my boiler give it a little bit extra love and care which I knew because I hadn't had a gasman he retired but I was impressed with ny service i live in a flat and I need not to worry about my safety and my neighbours thank you very much see you next service
