I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. That takes skllied leadership, authenticity and a genuine care about the finished product or service, which emanates from call operators to the installers and supervisors. GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.

I recently had GOS install a new boiler for me, and the process was so simple! The new boiler was in within days. From the pre-install survey to the actual installation, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The team displayed a high level of expertise and were professional throughout. GOS Heating is the best heating system repair company I have come across in Preston. They are under a good management and the work quality is excellent. The company replaced 7 radiators at my residence and they are working perfectly. The engineers who visited my residence had vast years of experience in the field and knew what they were doing. They are very polite and considerate as well. The office is manned by very friendly staff who will go to any length to ensure that they get the work carried out without any delay. Just had my annual boiler service carried out by Tony, and as usual it was a 5 star job! Tony was very thorough, professional,polite and friendly! Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter. Would I use GOS again? A definite YES!
