Excellent service, the engineer talked me through the whole process, explaining the issue and what he was doing. Work done in 1 hour, and left clean and tidy.

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

GOS Heating is the best heating system repair company I have come across in Preston. They are under a good management and the work quality is excellent. The company replaced 7 radiators at my residence and they are working perfectly. The engineers who visited my residence had vast years of experience in the field and knew what they were doing. They are very polite and considerate as well. The office is manned by very friendly staff who will go to any length to ensure that they get the work carried out without any delay. I will recommend GOS Heating for anyone having issues with heating without any reservation.

Always use GOS for Gas boiler servicing and have always been very satisfied with the service (especially by Chris B). So when we had problems with a thermostatic bar shower, i had no hesitation in calling GOS.. Chris came to assess the issue, explained what options we had and once we decided to replace, he fitted a new shower bar. Very happy. Thanks Chris!

Efficient, on time, very clean & tidy up after themselves, great finish to the kitchen and all work done managed by a great project manager in Kerry. Made the process smooth and as little disruption as possible, given the nature of a having a new kitchen. I would recommend to anyone.

Central heating problem was identified and resolved very efficiently. What was annoying about the problem was that the part had been replaced less than 18 months previously. Poor quality part as original one lasted more than 15 years.

Great service from GOS. Barney came to do our annual service and a couple of faults were found. Referred it back to the office who ok'd the repairs and booked us in at a time and day that suited us. Barney's been back today and sorted the faults for us. Was very thorough and left everything neat and tidy. See you next year Barney 'The Dinosaur'!! 😆 🦖

In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class.
