I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. That takes skllied leadership, authenticity and a genuine care about the finished product or service, which emanates from call operators to the installers and supervisors. GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Great service turned up on time gentleman

Called GOS after the previous plumber couldn't fix a problem with the heating. The lady on the phone was really helpful and found an engineer just finishing up and sent him straight over. Chris was excellent, quickly diagnosing and explaining the problem. He was spot on and had it fixed within minutes. Really nice guy, and refreshing to meet someone with a solid understanding of heating systems and excellent customer service. Will definitely be calling GOS first next time.

Efficient, on time, very clean & tidy up after themselves, great finish to the kitchen and all work done managed by a great project manager in Kerry. Made the process smooth and as little disruption as possible, given the nature of a having a new kitchen. I would recommend to anyone.

Central heating problem was identified and resolved very efficiently. What was annoying about the problem was that the part had been replaced less than 18 months previously. Poor quality part as original one lasted more than 15 years.

This firm attended our house promptly at the agreed time, and carried out a most intricate plumbing investigation and repair. They were not only informative throughout the process, but completed the work in a timely manner and left the workplace spotlessly clean. I would recommend them 100%.

Sam and Liam arrived on time, provided protection for all flooring and units, did an amazing very neat job and left the place immaculate. Both guys had an amazing attitude and left us feeling very comfortable- no question was ignored and happy to work with us as some item estimate covered weren’t need. Kept us informed throughout and brought in support when needed with electrics (as wiring wasn’t as expected/should have been).. Looking to do some further work next year so will be definitely asking GOS to quote and for these guys to be given the work. Sam is very precise in his work and you’d never guess Liam had been with company a month given professionalism he showed and way he answered question. First class service- what more can I say.
