Engineer Chris Baron came to service our boiler & to have a look at our radiators as one wasn’t warming up as much as the others. He said we wouldn’t need to flush the system but just balance it so that all radiators were getting equally as warm. Once he had done this you could notice a difference straight away. Very pleasant & informative, explaining everything he had done. Great job.

GOS Heating replaced a very old back boiler with a modern Vaillant combi system. The customer is my mother who is almost 91 years old. A couple of issues arose, one relating to the shower with the change from gravity system to pressurised. The other was a non installation related but coincidental electrical promlem. The GOS engineers were patient and tolerant with my elderly mother and saw the job through to a satisfactory conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending GOS as a reputable and trustworthy company.

Update. Had GOS replace several radiators over the summer. Fixed a broken toilet too. Brilliant again both times. Thank you. I've used GOS a couple of times over the years. Most recently a few weeks ago to replace a shower and tap. Staff friendly and job done when they said and without fuss and reasonable price. Recommended.

Good service

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. In Autumn 2023 I moved into a property with a quirky heating system that needed urgent replacement as the temperatures were falling. I contacted GOS and they ripped out the old heaters and replaced everything with a top-of-the-range Gas Combi and rads. This has worked efficiently. I have just had the first twelve monthly service; all good. As well as high quality products I liked the fact that the personnel are pleasant and punctual. Recommended.

GOS Services are professional, reliable and do a brilliant job! They have been doing my yearly old boiler check every year. The work they did for me was massive regarding getting a new boiler installed as my requirements was more than just a straightforward replacement. The work took two days, the guys were very clean and thorough. I also got them to do some joinery for me…Again a professional, clean finish. I highly recommend them and will again be getting my boiler serviced with them next year.

Tony arrived on time as promised. Our central heating was fully inspected and safety checked in order to resolve a pressure loss issue. Every procedure was carefully explained and the fault identified and rectified in an expansion vessel very quickly. This service was professional clean and efficient.
