A big thank you GOS for our en suite refurbishment, a bigger job than anticipated. The Job was coordinated by Kerry and led by Andrew, always on time and respectful of the working area, all the tradesmen were excellent and we are totally satisfied with our new en suite. Would recommend GOS and again thanks to you all for an excellent job. George & Linda Jones.

Been using GOS for years for boiler servicing. Always reliable, can't fault them.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. That takes skllied leadership, authenticity and a genuine care about the finished product or service, which emanates from call operators to the installers and supervisors. I commend GOS without hesitation.

I recently had GOS install a new boiler for me, and the process was so simple! The new boiler was in within days. From the pre-install survey to the actual installation, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The team displayed a high level of expertise and were professional throughout. I highly recommend GOS for anyone in need of a new boiler installation.

Truly epic company that just go that little bit more than anyone else which makes them stand out from the rest

This firm attended our house promptly at the agreed time, and carried out a most intricate plumbing investigation and repair. They were not only informative throughout the process, but completed the work in a timely manner and left the workplace spotlessly clean. I would recommend them 100%.

Excellent service

Excellent service. New boiler fitted and will continue to use them for servicing. Highly recommended.

Excellent service received. Engineer arrived before time and fixed the problem with my boiler straight away

We're very satisfied with the boiler service today. Barney arrived on time and was friendly and polite — discussing the condition of the boiler and our options. The job was completed in good time with everything left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Completed boiler service very efficiently, friendly and helpful

Excellent service, the engineer talked me through the whole process, explaining the issue and what he was doing. Work done in 1 hour, and left clean and tidy.

Engineer Chris Baron came to service our boiler & to have a look at our radiators as one wasn’t warming up as much as the others. He said we wouldn’t need to flush the system but just balance it so that all radiators were getting equally as warm. Once he had done this you could notice a difference straight away. Very pleasant & informative, explaining everything he had done. Great job.

Excellent family owned company. Very personal service , office staff great. Engineers pleasant and very efficient Highly recommended
