Great service from GOS Heating, we recently had a full system fitted. Lovely chap did a quote and survey, the installers Sam and Richard were friendly and professional. Sales and admin staff very friendly. Whole experience effortless and pleasant, couldn’t ask for more. Having a modern central heating system has transformed our older property.

I have used GOS on two major household improvement projects which I couldn't compromise on. They are simply the best. Their knowledge is deep and their planning and execution is first class. All this while being accessible and friendly and not too corporate. That takes skllied leadership, authenticity and a genuine care about the finished product or service, which emanates from call operators to the installers and supervisors. I commend GOS without hesitation.

This firm attended our house promptly at the agreed time, and carried out a most intricate plumbing investigation and repair. They were not only informative throughout the process, but completed the work in a timely manner and left the workplace spotlessly clean. I would recommend them 100%.

Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter. Would I use GOS again? A definite YES!

Great service turned up on time gentleman

Rang on Friday to request a service and repair, had someone out by Wednesday. Chris came to do our service and within an hour he had completed that and priced up the parts for our repair which should be done in a couple of days. Really happy with the service and Chris was lovely too.

Excellent service all round when dealing with low pressure issues on my boiler. Diagnosed the issue quickly and helped the external gas transporter understand what they had to do to resolve the issue. Went above and beyond for us as a customer in doing so. Special mention to Chris our gas engineer and Julie for organising the works. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Very helpful and friendly engineer. Found the problem straight away and fixed it. Very happy with the visit. Heating working again now.

Thanks to all the team involved in the instation of our new Bosch Worcester Boiler in Inskip. The survey & installation were all conducted in a very thorough and professional manner, plus the quote was good too!

Tony arrived on time as promised. Our central heating was fully inspected and safety checked in order to resolve a pressure loss issue. Every procedure was carefully explained and the fault identified and rectified in an expansion vessel very quickly. This service was professional clean and efficient. I shall use GOS Heating for my annual system service in future. Thankyou.

Just had my annual boiler service carried out by Tony, and as usual it was a 5 star job! Tony was very thorough, professional,polite and friendly! Always use GOS for Gas boiler servicing and have always been very satisfied with the service (especially by Chris B). So when we had problems with a thermostatic bar shower, i had no hesitation in calling GOS.. Chris came to assess the issue, explained what options we had and once we decided to replace, he fitted a new shower bar. Very happy. Thanks Chris!
