He said we wouldn’t need to flush the system but just balance it so that all radiators were getting equally as warm. Once he had done this you could notice a difference straight away. Thoroughly impressed by the experience of dealing with GOS who ultimately installed a new boiler and replaced radiator valves and thermostats. From Nicki, in the office; Tony, who did the survey; and Dave & Richard, who did the installation, the whole process was undertaken in a professional, timely & friendly manner. What also impressed was when, even after being paid, I alerted GOS to a slight leak from one of the radiator valves they arranged for an engineer to visit the next day to remedy the matter.
