At GOS Heating, making a difference extends beyond our work—it’s about supporting our community. Our 2018 Charity Day was a testament to this commitment, bringing together the GOS family for a day filled with fun and laughter, all in support of the Space Centre charity. The event featured Foot Golf, a new and exciting activity that combined golf and football, providing an inclusive and entertaining experience for everyone. The competitive spirit was alive as teams navigated the course, with water obstacles adding lighthearted challenges. Mischievous antics on the third hole kept the atmosphere lively, ensuring a memorable experience for all involved.
Community Spirit and Supporting the Space Centre
The day wasn’t just about the game—it was also about fostering community spirit. After completing the course, everyone gathered for refreshments prepared by Marlene and Jim, with Jim’s legendary barbecue stand as the highlight. The event continued with a prize distribution and an exciting raffle draw, creating joy for participants of all ages. While the activities brought plenty of smiles, the primary purpose of the day was to support the Space Centre, a cause close to our hearts. Over the years, GOS Heating has proudly contributed to this remarkable organisation, reaffirming our commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
