Building the Future: Our Commitment to Apprenticeships
GOS Heating believe passionately that apprenticeships have a vital role to play in business. For over 50 years we have supported over a hundred apprentices helping them take their first steps into employment and have nurtured them into fully qualified engineers at the centre of our organisation. As well as our well-established apprenticeship scheme GOS Heating supports local schools offering work placements to their students so they can gain practical exposure to a workplace and our industry.
Empowering Growth through Employee Training and Development
GOS Heating are committed to ongoing training and development for our employees. Providing ongoing learning opportunities and the opportunity to acquire new skills. In 2022 we introduced a e-learning platform to provide continual professional development.
Our annual GOS Conference gives us as an employee the opportunity to not only to thank our employees for their hard work but to get the whole company together to offer training, health and safety updates and information of new products on the market.
